Abstract:

“Theoretically guaranteed for all, the right to health finds limitations in its implementation towards asylum seekers and undocumented migrants in Switzerland. This viewpoint points out the various obstacles these populations face to access the healthcare they need. Through a human right approach, it illustrates the needed engagement of health professionals and social assistance workers to further prevent the suffering of these populations.”
