Cette \u00e9tude explore l’int\u00e9gration des Albanais\u00b7es du Kosovo r\u00e9fugi\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s en Suisse apr\u00e8s la guerre de 1998-1999, \u00e0 travers des entretiens men\u00e9s avec des travailleur\u00b7euse\u00b7s sociaux\u00b7ales et des migrant\u00b7e\u00b7s du canton de Vaud. Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que, malgr\u00e9 le soutien des services sociaux et des r\u00e9seaux communautaires, ces migrant\u00b7e\u00b7s ont rencontr\u00e9 des obstacles \u00e0 une int\u00e9gration formelle, notamment en raison d\u2019un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux cours de langue et d\u2019un soutien institutionnel insuffisant. Les femmes, souvent exclues du march\u00e9 du travail, subissent une double pression \u00e9conomique et familiale. L\u2019\u00e9tude distingue assimilation et int\u00e9gration, soulignant le r\u00f4le ambivalent des r\u00e9seaux communautaires : bien qu\u2019ils aient frein\u00e9 certains aspects de l\u2019int\u00e9gration officielle, ils ont constitu\u00e9 une ressource pr\u00e9cieuse pour les migrant\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This study explores the integration of Albanians from Kosovo who took refuge in Switzerland after the 1998-1999 war, through interviews conducted with social workers and migrants from the canton of Vaud. The results reveal that, despite the support of social services and community networks, these migrants encountered obstacles to formal integration, notably due to limited access to language courses and insufficient institutional support. Women, often excluded from the labor market, suffer from double economic and family pressure. The study distinguishes between assimilation and integration, highlighting the ambivalent role of community networks: although they hindered certain aspects of formal integration, they constituted a valuable resource for migrants.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
