Le mythe d\u2019une Suisse ind\u00e9pendante, libre et humanitaire est alors ins\u00e9parable du dogme brandi de la neutralit\u00e9. Cependant, entre \u00e9go\u00efsme national, anticommunisme et antis\u00e9mitisme latent, neutralit\u00e9 et droit d\u2019asile s\u2019apparenteront toujours plus \u00e0 une adaptation graduelle au nouvel ordre europ\u00e9en fasciste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neutrality, malleable concept, is by many regards indissolubly connected to the definition of the right of asylum, at least it was considered like this until the years 1930, as well as by the federal authorities as by the political exiled. The myth of an independent, free and humane Switzerland was then indivisible from the brandished dogma of neutrality.
