Il interroge le travail des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s de ces dispositifs et analyse les trajectoires d\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes concern\u00e9es. Les professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s sont en tension entre une logique gestionnaire de l\u2019asile et les besoins r\u00e9els des personnes accompagn\u00e9es. Celles-ci atteignent partiellement leurs objectifs d\u2019int\u00e9gration, notamment en mobilisant des ressources non gouvernementales. Plusieurs trajectoires-types d\u2019int\u00e9gration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mots-cl\u00e9s: asile, int\u00e9gration, politique, gestion publique, trajectoires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Support for Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Switzerland: Analysis of a Cantonal Integration Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This paper examines the impact of a cantonal Swiss support system for asylum seekers and refugees on their integration. It examines the work of the professionals involved in this system and analyzes the integration trajectories of asylum seekers and refugees. Professionals are experiencing tension between the administrative logic of asylum and the real needs of the people they support. The latter partially achieve their integration objectives, sometimes by mobilizing non-governmental resources.
