Parmi ces immigr\u00e9s, les ressortissants italiens forment le groupe de population permanente \u00e9trang\u00e8re le plus important de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse. Cette communaut\u00e9 italienne est aujourd\u2019hui bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le tissu social et professionnel de la Suisse, \u00e0 un tel point que l\u2019italianit\u00e9 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e un patrimoine \u00e0 sauvegarder et qu\u2019une certaine italianisation de la cuisine suisse est en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre analyse prendra en consid\u00e9ration les strat\u00e9gies de communication publicitaire mises en \u0153uvre par certaines entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la cr\u00e9ation et la vente de produits laitiers de tradition italienne et \u00e9tablies en Suisse romande. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019activit\u00e9s commerciales qui ont en commun les origines italiennes de leurs fondateurs et la volont\u00e9 de porter notre tradition gastronomique au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res nationales.
