Ce groupe de personnes est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs, tels que la discrimination et la stigmatisation, qui entravent particuli\u00e8rement leur processus d&#8217;inclusion sociale et professionnelle. Beaucoup de ces personnes ont quitt\u00e9 leur pays en raison de la discrimination, de la violence ou du climat de stigmatisation qu&#8217;elles ont v\u00e9cu dans leur pays d&#8217;origine en raison de leur orientation sexuelle et\/ou de leur identit\u00e9 de genre.<br>\u00c0 Gen\u00e8ve, iels continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre confront\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7x\u00b7s \u00e0 des obstacles, tels que des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale dus \u00e0 l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 de leur situation administrative ou \u00e0 la discrimination raciale. Cette recherche souligne \u00e9galement l&#8217;importance du soutien des r\u00e9seaux communautaires et des associations locales, qui apportent une aide cruciale \u00e0 ces personnes pour qu&#8217;iels se sentent moins isol\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7x\u00b7s et trouvent des ressources pour faire face \u00e0 leur nouvelle vie. L&#8217;\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re l&#8217;importance de la formation des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7x\u00b7s du travail social pour mieux comprendre et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de ces personnes, afin de promouvoir une inclusion plus juste et plus respectueuse.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This research explores the experiences of LGBTIQ+ people who have undergone a migratory process and reside in the canton of Geneva. This group of people faces major challenges, such as discrimination and stigmatization, which particularly hinder their process of social and professional inclusion. Many of these people left their home countries because of the discrimination, violence or stigmatization they experienced because of their sexual orientation and\/or gender identity.<br>In Geneva, they continue to face obstacles such as mental health problems due to the insecurity and precariousness of their administrative situation, or racial discrimination. This research also highlights the importance of support from community networks and local associations, which provide crucial help to these people to feel less isolated and find resources to cope with their new lives.
