“Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9clenchement de la guerre en Ukraine, l\u2019h\u00e9bergement priv\u00e9 s\u2019est \u00e9tabli pour la premi\u00e8re fois comme un pilier de la politique officielle d\u2019accueil des personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es en Suisse et a permis d\u2019\u00e9viter la saturation du syst\u00e8me d\u2019asile (Strauss et al. 2023). Le projet dont il est question ici a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre si et comment l\u2019h\u00e9bergement priv\u00e9 facilitait l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es et promouvait leur int\u00e9gration sociale. Nous avons examin\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont il \u00e9tait v\u00e9cu par les personnes concern\u00e9es. \u00c0 cette fin, nous avons men\u00e9 des entretiens qualitatifs tant avec les “familles d’acceuil” qu\u2019avec des personnes venues d\u2019Ukraine. Dans le cadre d\u2019une enqu\u00eate quantitative en ligne men\u00e9e durant l\u2019hiver 2022, en collaboration avec l\u2019OSAR, nous avons \u00e9galement interrog\u00e9 les “familles d’acceuil” sur leur exp\u00e9rience g\u00e9n\u00e9rale li\u00e9e \u00e0 la cohabitation avec des personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“After Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, private accommodation became a key element of the official reception policy for refugees in Switzerland for the first time and helped to prevent the asylum system from becoming overburdened (Strauss et al. 2023). This project investigated
whether and in what way private accommodation facilitates the arrival of refugees and promotes social integration. We investigated how refugees and \u201chost families\u201d experienced private accommodation. To this end, we conducted qualitative interviews with both “host families” and Ukrainians. In addition, we conducted a quantitative online survey in winter 2022 in collaborationwith the Swiss Refugee Council (SFH) to ask the “host families” about their general experience ofliving with the refugees.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
