Dans certains cantons, celle-ci se traduit par une tendance \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter les effectifs du corps enseignant par l\u2019engagement d\u2019enseignants form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (EF\u00c9), principalement issus de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ce constat refl\u00e8te l\u2019accroissement de la mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique intercantonale ou internationale au sein d\u2019un secteur qui, en Suisse, valorise traditionnellement l\u2019ancrage local de la figure de l\u2019enseignant. Dans ce contexte, les parcours d\u2019insertion professionnelle et sociale d\u2019enseignants form\u00e9s dans un autre contexte national ont certes d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet d\u2019\u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes dans divers pays, mais ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 peu \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en Suisse. Cet article d\u00e9crit la mani\u00e8re dont les professionnels form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger s\u2019ajustent au nouveau contexte et revisitent leur pratique au fil de leur parcours d\u2019insertion professionnelle. La m\u00e9thode repose sur une analyse qualitative d\u2019entretiens individuels portant sur la trajectoire professionnelle d\u2019enseignants du degr\u00e9 primaire form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et engag\u00e9s dans le canton de Fribourg. En mobilisant la notion d\u2019incident critique, l\u2019analyse met en \u00e9vidence plusieurs cat\u00e9gories d\u2019incidents, qui constituent \u00e0 la fois des \u00e9preuves et des moments cl\u00e9s du processus d\u2019insertion, verbalis\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9cits. Trois cat\u00e9gories d\u2019incidents relatifs \u00e0 la reconnaissance de la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 professionnelle, \u00e0 l\u2019appropriation du genre professionnel local et \u00e0 la collaboration sont ensuite approfondis.
