Si les dipl\u00f4mes universitaires sont souvent la cl\u00e9 pour une insertion professionnelle stable et socialement valoris\u00e9e, ils sont in\u00e9galement atteignables par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves selon les milieux dont ceux-ci sont issus. En effet, la litt\u00e9rature montre que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant une origine migratoire acc\u00e8dent moins souvent aux \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures. Les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales se reproduisent ainsi \u00e0 travers des m\u00e9canismes structurels et des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes impactant les comportements individuels. Cette recherche a pour objectif d\u2019\u00e9tudier les facteurs facilitant ou entravant la r\u00e9ussite acad\u00e9mique d\u2019\u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s issu\u00b7e\u00b7s de la migration qui sont actuellement en Master \u00e0 la HEP Vaud et \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne. Onze entretiens semidirectifs ont permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence les contraintes et les ressources caract\u00e9risant les trajectoires acad\u00e9miques de ces \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 trois types de parcours scolaires leur permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9der au Master (la voie gymnasiale, la voie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et la voie professionnelle), notre \u00e9tude analyse le r\u00f4le des acteurs scolaires et familiaux dans les orientations et aspirations des participant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ensuite une typologie des attitudes parentales suivant les exigences acad\u00e9miques qu\u2019ils ont pour leurs enfants et leur ma\u00eetrise des enjeux scolaires. Cette typologie permet de montrer que plus les exigences acad\u00e9miques des parents sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es, plus les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s ont tendance \u00e0 suivre une trajectoire de voie gymnasiale ou g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
