S\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019analyse th\u00e9matique de vingt-deux entretiens avec des personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es en Suisse, cette contribution propose une exploration des diff\u00e9rents facteurs individuels, sociaux, contextuels et institutionnels en jeu dans leur parcours vers l\u2019int\u00e9gration. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, notre \u00e9tude porte sur la question du choix d\u2019orientation dans le pays d\u2019origine et le pays d\u2019accueil, leurs projets, les obstacles et ressources per\u00e7ues durant leurs parcours, ainsi que sur les enjeux de genre. Abord\u00e9s sous le prisme de la Psychology of Working Theory, nos r\u00e9sultats mettent en lumi\u00e8re diff\u00e9rentes dynamiques vocationnelles ou\u0300 la migration peut soit ouvrir, soit restreindre le champ des possibles en termes de choix professionnels. Ces r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9bouchent sur plusieurs perspectives de recherche et pour l\u2019accompagnement d\u2019orientation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" xml:lang=\"en\">&#8220;The increase in the number of displaced persons around the world raises many questions about the integration of refugee persons in host countries. Based on the thematic analysis of 22 interviews with refugee persons in Switzerland, this contribution proposes an exploration of the different individual, social, contextual, and institutional factors at play in their integration process. More specifically, our study focuses on the issue of career choices in the country of origin and the host country, their plans, the obstacles and resources perceived during their journey, and on gender issues. Approached through the prism of the Psychology of Working Theory, our results highlight different vocational dynamics where migration can either open or restrict the range of possibilities in terms of career choices.
