Si dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre, la logique organisationnelle \u00e9tait largement inspir\u00e9e du mod\u00e8le syndical, la qu\u00eate identitaire s\u2019imposait depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970. La fin de la guerre froide et la globalisation \u00e9conomique ont ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 cette diff\u00e9renciation naissant entre associations communautaires syndicales et identitaires une complexit\u00e9 croissante tant du point de vue des origines des migrants que du point de vue des types de communautarisation. L\u2019analyse aboutit \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e que cette dynamique produit des ressources soci\u00e9tales qui doivent \u00eatre prise en compte dans la politique d\u2019inclusion des migrants dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019accueil, et ceci par des partenariats de projet et par le dialogue constant. Dans le but d\u2019\u00e9viter une cl\u00f4ture communautaire, la politique d\u2019inclusion sociale, \u00e9conomique et politique doit tenter de garder ces communaut\u00e9s ouvertes, tant par des offres de participation tant par des reconnaissances concr\u00e8tes et symboliques de leur contribution \u00e0 la construction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Die Entwicklung seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg der Migrationsvereine im westlichen Europa widerspiegelt den sozialen Wandel und dessen Folgen auf Wirtschaft und Politik. Die ersten Migrationsvereine orientierten sich in ihrer Organisationslogik am gewerkschaftlichen Modell. Erst in den 1970er Jahre beginnt die Suche nach einer Identit\u00e4t in der Migration. Das Ende des Kalten Krieges und die wirtschaftliche Globalisierung f\u00fcgten dieser Unterscheidung zwischen Migrationsvereinen, die gewerkschaftlich oder identit\u00e4r orientiert waren, eine wachsende Komplexit\u00e4t hinzu, die sich vor allem in der wachsenden Unterscheidung der Urspr\u00fcnge der Migrationsbev\u00f6lkerung und der Typen der Gemeinschaftsbildung ausdr\u00fcckte. Die Analyse f\u00fchrt zur Idee, dass diese Dynamik gesellschaftliche Ressourcen produziert, die in der Politik des Einschlusses der Migrationsbev\u00f6lkerung im Gastland genutzt werden sollten, und zwar indem<br \/>\nProjektpartnerschaften angeboten werden und st\u00e4ndig der Dialog gesucht wird. Um die Schliessung der Gemeinschaften zu verhindern, sollte die Politik des sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Einschlusses versuchen, die Gemeinschaften offen zu halten.
