The aim of this essay is to examine the legal definition and the phenomenology of trafficking in persons in Switzerland, to contextualise the dark figure and to identify possible improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong> : Bien que le crime de traite des \u00eatres humains suscite l\u2019indignation, la consternation et la col\u00e8re du public, il reste souvent non d\u00e9tect\u00e9. L\u2019objectif de cette \u00e9tude est d\u2019examiner la d\u00e9finition l\u00e9gale et la ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologie de la traite des \u00eatres humains en Suisse, de classer les chiffres non connus et d\u2019identifier des am\u00e9liorations possibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zusammenfassung<\/strong>: Obwohl das Verbrechen des Menschenhandels grosse \u00f6ffentliche Emp\u00f6rung, Best\u00fcrzung und Wut ausl\u00f6st, bleibt es doch meist unentdeckt.
