Sur la base de documents judiciaires, cliniques et administratifs ainsi que d\u2019entretiens approfondis avec les personnes concern\u00e9es, il analyse comment peut progressivement se cimenter l\u2019image d\u2019un dangereux terroriste de l\u2019EI et en discute les principaux enseignements qui peuvent en \u00eatre tir\u00e9s pour notre compr\u00e9hension des dysfonctionnements du syst\u00e8me p\u00e9nal (<em class=\"marquage italique\">miscarriages of justice<\/em>) et notre engagement en tant que chercheurs avec le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne dit \u00ab\u00a0terroriste\u00a0\u00bb.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"abstractKeywords\">\n<div class=\"hlFld-KeywordText\">\n<div>\n<p id=\"kwd-title-_i2\" class=\"kwd-title\"><strong>Mots-cl\u00e9s <\/strong>: <span class=\"value\">terrorisme, Suisse, erreur judiciaire, constructivisme, droit p\u00e9nal de l&#8217;ennemi, dangerosit\u00e9<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dieser Artikel analysiert den Fall von Sami, einem irakischen Asylsuchenden, der in der Schweiz wegen angeblicher Mitgliedschaft in der Organisation \u201eIslamischer Staat\u201c (IS) verurteilt wurde. Auf der Grundlage von gerichtlichen, klinischen und administrativen Dokumenten sowie ausf\u00fchrlichen Interviews mit den Betroffenen wird untersucht, wie sich das Bild eines gef\u00e4hrlichen \u201eIS\u201c-Terroristen allm\u00e4hlich verfestigen kann, und er\u00f6rtert die wichtigsten Lehren, die daraus f\u00fcr unser Verst\u00e4ndnis von Rechtsirrt\u00fcmern (<em class=\"marquage italique\">miscarriages of justice<\/em>) und unser Engagement als Forscher\/innen mit dem sogenannten \u201eterroristischen\u201c Ph\u00e4nomen gezogen werden k\u00f6nnen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This article presents an analysis of the case of Sami, an Iraqi asylum seeker who was convicted in Switzerland for his alleged affiliation to the group \u201cIslamic State\u201d. On the basis of judicial, clinical and administrative documents, as well as in-depth interviews with Sami and the professionals involved in his case, it analyses how the image of a dangerous \u201cIS\u201d terrorist is gradually cemented.
