Cette \u00e9tude se base sur les donn\u00e9es officielles de participation au niveau individuel collect\u00e9es par le canton de Gen\u00e8ve. Le pr\u00e9sent rapport comporte trois sections. La premi\u00e8re section examine les diff\u00e9rences de participation entre Suisses et \u00e9tranger-e-s. La deuxi\u00e8me section adopte une perspective longitudinale et analyse la participation dite &#8220;cumulative&#8221;, qui mesure la fr\u00e9quence de participation des individus au cours du temps.
