“Los procesos de emigraci\u00f3n e inmigraci\u00f3n abarcan instancias de integraci\u00f3n formal y determinan la construcci\u00f3n de identidades nacionales, individuales y colectivas. Esta reflexi\u00f3n surge de un incidente futbol\u00edstico ocurrido en un partido entre Suiza y Serbia durante el Mundial de 2018: un gesto de reconocimiento de dos jugadores suizos hacia su pa\u00eds de origen -Kosovo- llev\u00f3 a cuestionar su legitimidad como nacionales helv\u00e9ticos. El suceso revela ambig\u00fcedades en el proceso de integraci\u00f3n de los secondos o inmigrantes de segunda generaci\u00f3n. Analizar la construcci\u00f3n de su identidad binacional constituye el objetivo del estudio, mediante una revisi\u00f3n descriptiva de conceptos como nacionalidad, ciudadan\u00eda, identidad e integraci\u00f3n. Se identificaron din\u00e1micas de inclusi\u00f3n y exclusi\u00f3n, producto de representaciones sociales vigentes en el contexto cultural de origen y en el de acogida. Las conclusiones recuerdan el car\u00e1cter plural de la identidad y advierten sobre las consecuencias de estas din\u00e1micas de exclusi\u00f3n.”<\/p>\n

“The emigration and immigration processes include instances of formal integration and determine the construction of national, individual and collective identities. This reflection stems from a football incident that occurred in a match between Switzerland and Serbia during the 2018 World Cup: a gesture of recognition by two Swiss players towards their country of origin – Kosovo – led to questioning their legitimacy as Swiss nationals. The event reveals ambiguities in the integration process of the secondos or second-generation immigrants. Analyzing the construction of its binational identity constitutes the objective of the study, through a descriptive review of concepts such as nationality, citizenship, identity and integration. Dynamics of inclusion and exclusion were identified, as a result of current social representations in the cultural context of origin and in that of host. The conclusions recall the plural nature of identity and warn about the consequences of these exclusion dynamics.”<\/p>\n
