For some States, teaching funding and structur<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">al support is managed in a tension between potential subsequent employment inte<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gration and removal of complainants. For asylum seekers, access to language cannot <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">take place apart from social practices, and therefore of the development of local<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">social ties. Volunteers who work within associations at sustaining the local language <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">learning represent a necessarily incomplete attempt to resolve this issue. Based on <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">an ethnographical research, this article explores the space of teaching-learning as a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">language socialisation and what is at stake for the various actors involved.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">L\u2019appropriation de la langue d\u2019un nouveau <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lieu de vie, quelle que soit la dur\u00e9e du <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s\u00e9jour, d\u00e9pend des modes de contact de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la personne avec cette langue, autrement <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dit de ses pratiques sociales (Jeanneret, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2010).
