Die Evaluation er<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">folgte im Rahmen des<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Teilprojekts 2 des Projekts PERU, welches Prozessqualit\u00e4t, Entscheidqualit\u00e4t und Rechtsschutz <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">im Rahmen der Umsetzung des revidierten Asylgesetzes untersuchte.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(Das Teilprojekt 1 hat dem<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gegen\u00fcber die Prozessqualit\u00e4t zum Gegenstand). <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page9R_mcid2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Di<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e Evaluation des Teilprojekts 2 verlief in zwei Phasen: In der ersten Phase fokussierte die Eva<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">luation auf die Mandatsf\u00fchrung des Rechtsschutzes im erstinstanzlichen Verfahrens. In der zwei<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ten Phase<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">legte<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">die Evaluation<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">den Schwerpunkt<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">auf die Entscheidqua<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lit\u00e4t des SEM und die Ana<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lyse von Rechtsschriften des Rechtschutzes.
