Quatorze entretiens avec des enseignantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s puis trait\u00e9s suivant la logique de l\u2019analyse de contenu. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent un croisement entre des pratiques ajout\u00e9es, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, mais aussi emp\u00each\u00e9es. L\u2019analyse met en \u00e9vidence une surrepr\u00e9sentation des objectifs interrelationnels par rapport au traitement d\u2019enjeux relatifs aux injustices, et une int\u00e9gration des approches interculturelles dans les pratiques enseignantes. Enfin, les r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence le besoin de formation des enseignants dans le domaine des approches interculturelles.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The purpose of this article is to understand what teachers develop to respond to the imperative of considering otherness. Fourteen interviews with female teachers were conducted and then processed according to the logic of content analysis. The results show an intersection between added, integrated, but also prevented practices. The analysis highlights an overrepresentation of interrelational objectives in comparison to the treatment of issues related to injustices, and an integration of intercultural approaches in the teachers\u2019 practices.
