D\u2019abord, et justifi\u00e9 par des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ces personnes sont majoritairement plac\u00e9es dans des \u00e9tablisse<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ments ferm\u00e9s. Par cons\u00e9quent, le pourcentage de d\u00e9tenus \u00e9tran<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gers y atteint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 %. Ensuite il y a lieu de se poser la question <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">des efforts consentis par les autorit\u00e9s en charge pour leur insertion <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">sociale et professionnelle, vu que nombre d\u2019entre eux seront ren<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">voy\u00e9s dans leur pays d\u2019origine d\u00e8s lors que la peine aura \u00e9t\u00e9 pur<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">g\u00e9e. Dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de recherche de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Berne <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">financ\u00e9 par le Fonds national suisse de la recherche scientifique, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Christin Achermann a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la situation des personnes d\u00e9tenues <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de nationalit\u00e9 \u00e9trang\u00e8re dans le milieu carc\u00e9ral ferm\u00e9 du canton<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de Berne.
