“Le racisme <\/span>est un biais d\u00e9favorable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard d\u2019un individu en raison <\/span>de son alt\u00e9rit\u00e9. <\/span>Les manifestations de ce traitement diff\u00e9rentiel se situent sur <\/span>un spectre <\/span>allant d\u2019expressions explicites et frontales \u00e0 des \u00e9manations <\/span>implicites et subtiles. <\/span>C\u2019est <\/span>\u00e0 cette dern<\/span>i\u00e8re <\/span>extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 que ce travail s\u2019int\u00e9resse<\/span>, <\/span>singuli\u00e8rement <\/span>via <\/span>le prisme des <\/span>micro<\/span>–<\/span>agressions racistes <\/span>v\u00e9cues par des <\/span>Afro<\/span>–<\/span>descendant\u00b7e\u00b7s de Suisse (N = 290)<\/span>. L<\/span>es <\/span>objectif<\/span>s <\/span>de cette recherche <\/span>sont <\/span>d\u2019explorer <\/span>l\u2019existence desdites micro<\/span>–<\/span>agressions <\/span>dans ce pay<\/span>s<\/span>, d\u2019<\/span>appr\u00e9hender <\/span>comment c<\/span>elles<\/span>–<\/span>ci <\/span>influencent le bien<\/span>–<\/span>\u00eatre, et d\u2019examiner le r\u00f4le de <\/span>l\u2019identification ethnique et <\/span>de <\/span>l\u2019identification nationale dans ce processus. <\/span>Afin <\/span>d\u2019atteindre nos objectifs, nous avons utilis\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes quantitatives et<\/span>, <\/span>plus <\/span>pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment<\/span>, <\/span>la m\u00e9thode des moindres carr\u00e9s ordinaires. <\/span>Les r\u00e9sultats <\/span>indiquent un<\/span>e <\/span>absence d\u2019effet <\/span>du <\/span>racisme v\u00e9cu <\/span>sur <\/span>le bien<\/span>–<\/span>\u00eatre. N\u00e9anmoins, ils <\/span>prouvent un<\/span>e <\/span>influence <\/span>posit<\/span>ive du racisme v\u00e9cu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019identification <\/span>ethnique, ainsi qu\u2019un i<\/span>mpact n\u00e9gatif de ce premier \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de <\/span>l\u2019identification nationale. Par ailleurs, seule l\u2019identification ethnique influe <\/span>positivement le bien<\/span>–<\/span>\u00eatre. Les <\/span>r\u00e9sultats mettent \u00e9galement en exergue <\/span>le fait <\/span>que l\u2019identit\u00e9 ethnique et nationale sont ind\u00e9pendant<\/span>es, mais <\/span>ils <\/span>ne parviennent <\/span>pas \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier si leur intrication a un effet positif et cumulatif sur le bien<\/span>–<\/span>\u00eatre. <\/span>Notre recherche r\u00e9v\u00e8le, d\u2019une part la pr\u00e9sence de micro<\/span>–<\/span>agressions racistes en <\/span>Suisse, et d\u2019autre part, \u00e0 quel point ce<\/span>lles<\/span>–<\/span>ci peuvent impacter <\/span>le quotidien des <\/span>Afro<\/span>–<\/span>descdandant\u00b7e\u00b7s de ce pays.<\/span>“<\/div>\n
