L\u2019article aborde cette th\u00e9matique par le biais d\u2019une recherche men\u00e9e en Suisse romande aupr\u00e8s d\u2019enseignants issus de la migration. Comment g\u00e8rent-ils leurs diff\u00e9rentes appartenances pendant leurs \u00e9tudes et les d\u00e9buts dans la profession ? Sont-ils oblig\u00e9s de s\u2019assimiler pour devenir enseignants ? Peuvent-ils au contraire faire valoir leurs sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, dans quelles conditions ?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mots-cl\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0:culture d\u2019origine, enseignant, formation des enseignants, identit\u00e9, migration, origine ethnique<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Despite federal recommendations regarding the integration of migrant teachers in teacher training, in Switzerland as elsewhere, there is still great disparity between the diversity of pupils (high) and that of teachers (low). The article explores this topic using research conducted on migrant teachers in French-speaking Switzerland. How do teachers deal with their different backgrounds during their studies and in the early stages of their profession? Do they need to assimilate to become teachers?
