Au regard de ce fait, la politique d&#8217;enseignement argumente que les enseignant-e-s ont besoin de certains &#8216;comp\u00e9tences inter- ou bien transculturelles&#8217; qui doivent \u00eatre transmises dans la formation pour permettre \u00e9galit\u00e9 de chances ind\u00e9pendant du contexte socioculturel dans le syst\u00e8me scolaire. Dans le discours, un r\u00f4le sp\u00e9cial est attribu\u00e9 aux enseignant-e-s issus de l&#8217;immigration dont le nombre faible actuel faut \u00eatre augment\u00e9. Ils\/elles poss\u00e9deraient par leur histoire des capacit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res et devraient se charger de l&#8217;intercompr\u00e9hension, l&#8217;\u00e9change et le d\u00e9veloppement de consentement dans des classes culturellement diverses. Mais cet argument n&#8217;est jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pas empiriquement prouv\u00e9 ou th\u00e9oriquement fond\u00e9. Le discours sociologique dit \u00e0 ce sujet qu&#8217;un entendement normatif de la culture est \u00e0 la base des r\u00e9clamations p\u00e9dagogiques. Une aperture transculturelle des institutions \u00e9ducatives et la cr\u00e9ation des services migratoires sp\u00e9cifiques peuvent produire des nouveaux m\u00e9canismes d&#8217;exclusion. Cela revient \u00e0 dire qu&#8217;une codification normative des diff\u00e9rences ethniques-culturelles renforce l&#8217;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;elle les d\u00e9trempe.
