En Suisse, des \u00e9tudes quantitatives et qualitatives attestent de la discrimination des primo-migrants et de leurs descendants sur le march\u00e9 du travail, que ce soit par des enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des personnes directement concern\u00e9es (Fibbi et al. 2015 ; Ruedin 2015) ou par des approches exp\u00e9rimentales comme le practice testing et les exp\u00e9riences de stated preferences (Diekmann et al. 2014 ; Fibbi et al. 2003 ; Fl\u00fcckiger et al. 2012 ; Hainmueller et al. 2014). Les pratiques discriminatoires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des migrants hautement qualifi\u00e9s sont probl\u00e9matiques, tant sur le plan \u00e9conomique que social. Ces pratiques peuvent mener au ch\u00f4mage ou \u00e0 un emploi dans des postes aux exigences inf\u00e9rieures aux qualifications acquises. Analysant les statistiques officielles, Pecoraro (2005, 2011) d\u00e9montre que les migrants de la premi\u00e8re et de la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sont particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9s au risque de surqualification.
