Auf der Basis von Interviews mit Mitarbeitenden der Z\u00fcrcher Fachorganisation AOZ sowie der Fachstelle Integration in Graub\u00fcnden wird die Herausbildung und Funktionsweise unterschiedlicher Organisationsstrukturen er\u00f6rtert und hinsichtlich ihrer Adaption an strukturelle Bedingungen der Region sowie spezifische Anforderungen der ankommenden Fl\u00fcchtlinge analysiert. Dabei werden vor allem Ma\u00dfnahmen zur beruflichen und sozialen Integration kritisch betrachtet. Die beiden Organisationen wurden gew\u00e4hlt, weil erstere in der Schweiz sehr etabliert ist und bereits seit mehr als 30 Jahren in der Fl\u00fcchtlingsintegration t\u00e4tig ist und letztere besonders erfolgreich Fl\u00fcchtlinge bei der Integration in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt unterst\u00fctzt hat. Zahlreiche Herausforderungen, die sich f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge bei der Ankunft in der Schweiz stellen, erfordern unterschiedliche zielgerichtete Angebote (Sprachf\u00f6rderung, kulturelle Integration, psychologische Betreuung etc.). Um dieses Spektrum koordiniert bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen, sind ausgewogene Teamstrukturen erforderlich. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich die beiden Organisationen trotz nahezu identischem Aufgabenbereich in ihrer Struktur, Aufgabenverteilung und Integration in Netzwerke ma\u00dfgeblich unterscheiden.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"KeywordGroup\" lang=\"de\"><strong>Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter<\/strong> : <span class=\"Keyword\">Fl\u00fcchtlinge, <\/span><span class=\"Keyword\">Soziale und berufliche Integration, <\/span><span class=\"Keyword\">Organisations- und Teamstrukturen\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div lang=\"de\"><\/div>\n<div lang=\"de\">\n<section id=\"Abs2\" class=\"Abstract\" lang=\"en\">\n<p class=\"Para\">The article is concerned with the organizational and team-related challenges of integration of refugees in Switzerland from the perspective of the actors in organizations who assume this task in their daily work. Based on interviews with employees of the Z\u00fcrcher Fachorganisation AOZ and the Fachstelle Integration Graub\u00fcnden the development and functionality of different organizational structures will be discussed and analyzed with regard to their adaptation to structural conditions of the region as well as specific requirements of the arriving refugees. Particular consideration is given to measures of social and professional integration. The two organizations were chosen because the former is well established in Switzerland and has been active in the integration of refugees for more than 30\u00a0years and the latter has been particularly successful in assisting refugees to get a placement in the primary labor market. Numerous challenges of newly arriving refugees in Switzerland require different targeted services (language training, cultural integration, psychological support, etc.). In order to meet these requirements coordinated, balanced team structures are required.
