Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement de prendre en consid\u00e9ration divers facteurs pouvant avoir une influence sur leurs trajectoires de formation. Outre les facteurs juridiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur statut de s\u00e9jour, les facteurs individuels, familiaux et institutionnels sont examin\u00e9s, en tenant compte des contraintes et des strat\u00e9gies de diff\u00e9rents acteurs, notamment des jeunes et de leurs familles. Une typologie permet de distinguer trois modalit\u00e9s principales dans les trajectoires de ces jeunes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span class=\"titreparal\">Educational trajectories of young migrants in precarious legal situations: logics of resources mobilization within multiple constraints<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The aim of this article is to analyze the \u2018post-compulsory\u2019 training trajectories of young migrants without legal status (undocumented) or with a precarious legal status (asylum seekers and temporary admissions) who arrived in Switzerland in the course of schooling, especially towards the end of high school. Using data from twenty semi-structured interviews, the purpose is to understand their chances of continuing their education and obtaining a general or vocational secondary school diploma. It is also question of taking into account various factors that can influence their training trajectories. In addition to the legal factors related to their residence status, individual, family and institutional factors are examined, taking into account the constraints and strategies of different actors, including young people and their families.
