Und die Antwort ist eigentlich immer bei jeder Tagung oder jedem Workshop, an denen ich gewesen bin, &#8216;via Schl\u00fcsselpersonen&#8217; (MULTIMONDO 2016).&#8221; Das Zitat bringt zum Ausdruck, dass der heutige integrationspolitische Ansatz der Schweiz den Fokus vermehrt auf die sogenannten \u201eSchl\u00fcsselpersonen\u201c setzt. Dieser Fokus ist bspw. im Kanton Bern beim Kompetenzzentrum Integration der Stadt Bern und bei MULTIMONDO in der Region Biel-Seeland-Berner Jura als regionale Ansprechstellen Integrationsichtbar. Die beiden Institutionen organisieren regelm\u00e4ssige Austauschtreffen f\u00fcr und mit Schl\u00fcsselpersonen mit Migrationshintergrund. Im Rahmen konkreter Projekte wird ebenfalls gezielt auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Migrationsbev\u00f6lkerung gesetzt. Im Sommer 2015 war der Start des Projekts &#8220;Integrationscoach &#8211; Individuelle Begleitung von Personen mit Migrationshintergrund in der Region Biel&#8221; geplant.
