“La migration fait d\u00e9sormais partie des enjeux globaux et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des migrant\u00b7e\u00b7s est un enjeu majeur pour les pouvoirs publics et ces populations. En Suisse, une cat\u00e9gorie de ces migrant\u00b7e\u00b7s rencontre plus de difficult\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9gration, li\u00e9es en grande partie \u00e0 leur statut : les demandeur\u00b7euse\u00b7s d\u2019asile admis\u00b7es provisoirement. Parmi ces difficult\u00e9s, celles relatives \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 du travail et \u00e0 la formation professionnelle sont toujours cruciales malgr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la l\u00e9gislation. Cet article vise \u00e0 \u00e9clairer sur ce statut, les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par ces personnes dans leur int\u00e9gration, avec un focus particulier sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation professionnelle, le type de formation le plus fr\u00e9quent en Suisse. Un cas clinique illustre le parcours difficile et la perception de l\u2019avenir d\u2019un jeune admis provisoirement, originaire du Moyen-Orient ayant eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une formation duale. L\u2019int\u00e9gration rapide de ces personnes par un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation professionnelle est discut\u00e9e.”<\/div>\n

“Migration is now an integral part of global issues and the integration of migrants is of increasing concern to public authorities and these populations. In Switzerland, provisionally admitted asylum seekers are one category that encounters more integration difficulties related mainly to their status. Among difficulties, those relating to access to the labor market and vocational training are still crucial despite the evolution of legislation. This paper aims to shed light on this status and the difficulties encountered by these people in their integration, with a particular focus on access to vocational training, the most popular training in Switzerland. A clinical case illustrates the difficult journey and the perception of the future of a provisionally admitted young man originating from the Middle East, who had access to a dual training.
