Pourtant, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne<\/div>\n<div>pr\u00e9sente de nombreux int\u00e9r\u00eats. Il traduit l&#8217;int\u00e9gration d&#8217;un \u00e9tranger, notamment parce qu&#8217;il permet \u00e0 ce dernier de jouir des droits politiques fondamentaux, et peut<\/div>\n<div>dans quelques cas favoriser ou prolonger son s\u00e9jour dans un pays.
