Il montre que le r\u00e9gime migratoire suisse \u2013 en vertu de la libre circulation qu\u2019il permet aux uns versus les contraintes de visa qu\u2019il impose aux autres \u2013 fa\u00e7onne significativement ces arrangements. It shows that the Swiss migration regime significantly shapes these arrangements, as a result of free circulation <em>versus<\/em> visa constraints that discriminate EU and non-EU nationals.
