La migration ajoute une complexit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire, pouvant rendre les familles plus vuln\u00e9rables. L\u2019adolescent et sa famille se retrouvent face \u00e0 de nouvelles valeurs transmises par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019accueil : opulence, malbouffe, jeux vid\u00e9os, survalorisation de l\u2019individu, etc. L\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 ne doit pas \u00eatre vue comme un seul probl\u00e8me d\u2019apport calorique, mais doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un probl\u00e8me plus large, qui prend en compte le contexte de vie, les repr\u00e9sentations et la migration.
