La probl\u00e9matique de cet article porte sur les crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9marcation des groupes et les conditions d’\u00e9mergence d’acteurs sociaux. La comparaison entre la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d’immigr\u00e9s en Suisse et les jeunes issus de la migration en France, permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le central de l’Etat dans l’\u00e9tablissement des d\u00e9nominations, et donc dans le contenu politique des clivages institu\u00e9s. Le passage des tactiques individuelles \u00e0 l’action collective est conditionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par la gestion \u00e9tatique de la migration, et par le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me politique et son interaction avec le champ social. Les conditions sociales des individus faisant partie de la cat\u00e9gorie vont ult\u00e9rieurement d\u00e9terminer la possibilit\u00e9 de l’\u00e9mergence d’acteurs sociaux porteurs de revendications autant identitaires que socio-politiques.<\/div>\n

This paper is concerned with delimiting characteristic criteria of social groups and the conditions under which groups become social actors. A comparison of the second generation of migrants in Switzerland and the descendants of migrants in France has allowed us to bring to the fore the central us to indicate the role of the State in the creation of political cleavages, in this case, between foreigners and nationals. The migration policy, on the one hand, and the relationship between the political system and the social environment, on the other, are the main factors affecting the transition from the individual approach to migration issues, to collective action. The social conditions of individuals belonging to the category will ultimately determine the rise of new social actors, flghting for both respect of ethnic identity and socio-political rights.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
