Nous proposons une analyse multidimensionnelle de la politique migratoire suisse avec un aper\u00e7u des modifications de variables nationales et internationales et en particulier un approfondissement du jeu des influences entre facteurs internes et externes. Les variables que nous consid\u00e9rons comme les principales pour cette analyse sont, au niveau national, les changements socio-d\u00e9mographiques ainsi que les modifications de l’ar\u00e8ne politique et des int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques. Au niveau international, ce sont notamment des transformations du syst\u00e8me politique supranational, ainsi que l’acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des interd\u00e9pendances \u00e9conomiques (avec des effets de mondialisation non seulement dans le domaine \u00e9conomique et financier, mais aussi dans celui des flux migratoires) qui nous semblent expliquer, dans un contexte historique profond\u00e9ment transform\u00e9, les r\u00e9ponses formul\u00e9es dans les ann\u00e9es quatre-vingt-dix en mati\u00e8re migratoire en Suisse.<\/section>\n

We are putting forward a multi-dimensional analysis of the Swiss migration policy with brief outline of the modifications of national and international variables and, in particular, more thorough examination of the interaction between external and internal factors. The main variables that we are taking into account for this analysis are, on a national level socio-demographic changes as well as modifications in the political arena and economic interests. At an international level, the transformations in the supra-national political system, as well as an acceleration of economic interdependence (with the effects of globalisation not only in the economic and financial domain, but also in migratory flows) seem to explain, within profoundly transformed historic context, the response of Switerland in terms of migration policy during the 1990’s.<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
