En effet, alors que des appels r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole publique depuis les ann\u00e9es 1960 pour qu\u2019elle garantisse l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et une formation \u00e9quitable pour tous, les entreprises de l\u2019\u00e9conomie priv\u00e9e ont pu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent continuer \u00e0 engager et \u00e0 encourager des jeunes en suivant la logique du profit maximal et non, en priorit\u00e9, les normes de justice sociale (Scherr, Janz &amp;amp; M\u00fcller, 2015a). Si l\u2019attention du public et des politiques s\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui accrue, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9cents r\u00e9sultats de la recherche qui sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-apr\u00e8s sous forme de synth\u00e8se. Ainsi, dans un article sur le th\u00e8me de la formation professionnelle et de l\u2019apprentissage paru il y a quelque temps, le magazine suisse al\u00e9manique Der Beobachter a mentionn\u00e9 la discrimination comme \u00e9tant l\u2019un des quatre probl\u00e8mes actuels du syst\u00e8me suisse de formation, les trois autres \u00e9tant l\u2019\u00e9volution structurelle, l\u2019acad\u00e9misation et la mondialisation.
